The School won “Beijing First Prize of Education Achievement” on Dec. 9 , 2004.

The School won “First Prize of Education Achievement in Peking University” on Nov. 19, 2004 

In December 2003, in the mid-term evaluation of the 35 demonstrative software schools organized by the Ministry of Education, School of Software and Microelectronics, Peking University ranked the first in the comprehensive assessment, and was honored as “the Demonstration in Demonstrations”
