Center-Based Management Mode: Students set up several "Centers" willingly based on their own interests under the leadership of Student Union. It aims to give students opportunity to develop their management skill, to be more active. The faculty can teach students according to their progress, and develop students' capabilities in many areas: responsibility, service, innovation, self-management, organization and planning, and communication.
